Part of one crawl

You'll recognise it before you reach it. The Churchill Arms spends twenty-five thousand pounds a year on flowers, and the result is the most photographed pub exterior in London — hanging baskets and window boxes from pavement to roofline. Named after Winston Churchill's grandparents, who were regulars when it was still the Bedford Arms in the 1820s. Inside: Churchill memorabilia, Fuller's ales, and what claims to be London's first pub Thai restaurant, running since the late 1980s in a butterfly-themed conservatory out back. Three minutes from Notting Hill Gate station. The only pub to have won Chelsea Flower Show.
